All thinkable services such as shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, pubs, gyms, hospital and schools are very close to the apartment within walking distance. The well-planned apartment has a big balcony, which is recently renovated, facing the west and the beautiful inner garden. The kitchen is rather big and has room for a dining table for 6 people. The main bed room is next to the kitchen. Another cozy room is divided from the living room as a guest room or work space, and it may be removed for long term renting. The painting and wallpapers can also be changed. Furniture is included. I would like to rent out the furnished apartment as soon as possible for a long-term contract, at least one year.
