A very nice apartment in good condition, which I rent out while Im working in Norway. A large living room with an open floor plan and a nice kitchen. Two nice bedrooms and a goodsized bathroom. The apartment is on the second floor with a nice balcony and no building opposite. Through the windows you have a nice view of trees and green leafery. There is a small lake 100 meters away, seen from the balcony, with newly built play and stroll areas. This is a great place to live if you enjoy nature, as its situated in the middle of three nature reserves close by Rösjöskogens naturreservat, Norra and Södra Törnskogens naturreservat. There are a new school recently opened within walking distance and several other schools, as well as childrens day care centres around. The apartment suits a couple or a small family. Im only renting out to non-smokers and pets are not allowed. I expect the tenants to keep the place in good condition and treat it well. I will keep another small room, which has no window, for my own use when Im home from Norway, we can discuss how so it suits us both. There is a bus stop 150 metres walkingdistance,. Bus 527 takes you to Sollentuna train station, or you can bike to the train station in 15 minutes. From there you can take train number 41, which only takes 18 minutes to the city centre. There is also a possibility to rent a carspace in the same building, approx. 1000 kroner per month.
