I Birgitta, a retired solicitor, am looking for a tenant to one of my two rooms, which I have for rent in my big and nice townhouse in Norrviken. The bright room of 12 square meters is on the 3rd floor. The bathroom is big and fresh. I offer access to my kitchen and a good washhouse on the first floor. The room is available from January 1, 2019 but it is ok to move in later during January. I live together with my Staffan and our little dog, a Bichon Bolognese. In the other room for my tenants at the 3rd floor a master student from France is living since September until June 2019. He is a serious, very easygoing and nice person. My house is situated close to the local train, which takes you to the City (19 minutes to Odenplan). The living is also close to shoppingcenters for buying food etc. You also have a small foodstore in Norrviken little center. The surroundings are beautiful and inviting for jogging or walking and there is a nice lake very near by. No smoker, no pets.
