The house has 4 bedrooms and a modern fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area and living room. On the entrance floor you find the kitchen, a dining area, a guest toilet and a living room with large sofa area. Upstairs are four bedrooms one fitting a double bed and one with a balcony facing the green backyard, one bathroom with bath tub and a study corner. The basements main room is used as combined guest room and TV room. In the basement you find the laundry room with a shower, washing machine and dryer, as well as the garage, used only as a second entry and storage area. At the front of the house there is a patio to fit garden furniture and a BBQ. At the back you find a parking lot just outside the garage next to the kitchen garden. Housing area: In our green and quiet terraced area live families with preschool and school children, and pensioners. Within the residential area you find a little common playground and a small soccer field area. About 300 meters from the house you find the big Edsberg Park with Edsbergs Castle beautifully situated next to Edsviken water front. A renowned restaurant Edsbacka Bistro is located about 200 meters from the house. Sollentunas indoor swimming pool with a gym is also within 10 minutes walking distance. Out door swimming for the whole family is at its best at the lake and camping site Rösjöbadet, about 15 minutes drive.
