Room for rent in a 150m2 villa in Sollentuna with a beautiful view over the lake. Sollentuna Centre has a big shopping mall and train station that is only a seven minute walk from the house. By train you can reach Stockholm City in 15 minutes and Arlanda Airport in 20 minutes. The room is approximately 15m2 and includes a single bed and a big closet. The downstairs is a big open space with kitchen and livingroom with a fireplace. The villa has a total of three bathrooms, two livingrooms and four bedrooms spread out on three levels. You will share the house with two pilots and one flight attendant ages 45, 24 and 21. All three of us are often away on night stops with work. The rent is 5000 SEK including internet and without electricity/water that we divide by four. There is a one month deposit which will need to be paid when you move in.
