Grocery shops are nearby which can be reached in 2 minutes. We are a small family and renting out one bedroom which is furnished. The tenant can share the kitchen and common area. One bedroom and one toilet are dedicated to the tenant. One months rent is paid in advance as a deposit. The rent is shown for single tenant and the internet charges are included in the rent.
