Moving from Sollentuna to the south of Sweden for work. Im therefore renting out my appartment long-term. - 75sqm appartment - 2nd floor (no elevator) - 3.5 rooms in total good sized balcony heading towards the south - 2 bedrooms, 1 livingroom, 1 diningroom, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower - Shared laundryroom on floor 1 - Party furnished (a couch and TV is missing in the livingroom. Feel free to add it if you wish). Otherwise its fullt furnished with double bed, single bed/couch, dining table chairs, partly kitchen equipment etc. Included in rent is also: - HotCold water Not included in rent (you can easily get it by yourself): - Wifi (Im paying 500kr in total right now) - Electricity (roughly a total of 300kr/month for 2 people living in the appartment depending what contract you will sign with what company) - Insurance for the appartment (mandatory for you to get) Easy good communications: - 1 min to bus station Edsbergs centrum. Bus 607. You can go two directions: to Sollentuna centrum (10 min) where you can take the different commuter-trains towards Stockholm city (15 min) or Upplands väsby/Uppsala C. You can also take a beautiful walk along Edsviken shore to Sollentuna C (25 min), or bike there. The commuter trains departures roughly every 10th minute. The other bus direction takes you to Danderyds sjukhus where you can take the redline metro from Mörby centrum to Stockholm city. - Close to nature and nature reservat with walking, jogging, swimming, grilling, hiking and cross country skiing opportunities. Only a few minutes away. Myself, Im walking there every day
