Bostaden passar dig som söker ett bekvämt, trivsamt och långsiktigt boende med närhet till både natur och goda kommunikationer. Från huset är det cirka 5 till 10 minuters promenad till Sollentuna pendeltågsstation. Därifrån tar du dig till Mall of Scandinavia/Friends Arena på cirka 8 minuter och till Stockholm City/Centralstationen på cirka 16 minuter. I hyran ingår värme, vatten, sophantering, parkeringsplats samt el upp till 300 kr per månad. En parkeringsplats finns kostnadsfritt precis utanför huset. Vi söker en skötsam och långsiktig hyresgäst. Boendet passar särskilt bra för en person eller ett par, och även för dig som veckopendlar. We are now renting out our furnished guest house with 2 rooms and a kitchen, located in the calm and safe residential area of Töjnan in Sollentuna. The home is ideal for someone looking for comfortable, pleasant and long-term accommodation close to both nature and excellent public transport. The house is approximately a 5 to 10 minute walk from Sollentuna commuter train station. From there, it takes around 8 minutes to Mall of Scandinavia/Friends Arena and around 16 minutes to Stockholm City/Central Station. The rent includes heating, water, waste collection, one parking space and electricity up to SEK 300 per month. A free parking space is available just outside the house. We are looking for a responsible and long-term tenant. The accommodation is particularly well suited for one person or a couple, including weekly commuters.
