A very nice apartment in good condition, which I rent out while Im working in Norway. To begin with for 6 months, but it might get prolonged. A large living room with an open floor plan and a nice kitchen. Two nice bedrooms and a bathroom , where its possible to have your own washing machine. (If you dont want to use the main washing facility with several washing maschines and dry tumblers in the house next door, which you easily book via an app. ) The apartment is on the second floor with a nice balcony and since there is no building opposite, its very private, so there really is no need for curtains. Through the windows you mostly have a nice view of trees and green leafery. The apartment suits a couple or a small family. The pictures show how it looked before I rented it out to the last tenants. They wanted to bring most of their own furniture, so some of this furniture is stored, but I can put most of it back, if you want. The apartment is bright as there are no buildings obscuring the light during daytime. There is a small lake 100 meters away, seen from the balcony, with newly built play and stroll areas. And at the other end of the lake, there is a ski center during the winter for downhill skiing, its an excellent place to learn this skill. This is a great place to live if you enjoy nature, as its situated in the middle of three nature reserves close by Rösjöskogens naturreservat, Norra and Södra Törnskogens naturreservat. Im only renting out to non-smokers and pets are not allowed. I expect the tenants to keep the place in good condition and as Im always taking my shoes of when getting home I hope this works for you as well, just to keep the floor nice longer. The electricity and water is not included, as it depends on how much you use each month. I will tell you when I get the bill once a month, how much you used and the cost for last month. Internet is up to the tenant to organize, as Ive experienced that most people already have their own. There is a bus stop closeby, bus 527 takes you to Sollentuna train station, or you can bike to the train station in 15 minutes. From there you can take train number 41, which only takes 18 minutes to the city centre. There is also a possibility to rent a carspace in the same building, approx. 1000 kroner per month. There are a new school recently opened and several other schools, as well as childrens day care centres around. Svenska: Ljus lägenhet med stort vardagsrum med öppen planlösning och balkong. Inga hus mittemot, så helt utan insyn. Utsikt över grönska. Perfekt läge om man gillar att vara ute i naturen, då det är nära till två naturreservat.
