My apartment is a well-maintained and fully furnished apartment in excellent condition with plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day, creating a bright and comfortable living environment. The apartment has a practical layout and is move-in ready, with everything needed for comfortable living already included. It is located in a convenient and well-connected area, just a 1-minute walk to the bus station with two direct routes: approximately 15 minutes to Sollentuna Station and about 20 minutes to Danderyd Sjukhus station. Electricity and internet are included in the rent. The housing association also offers two large laundry rooms just 1 minute from the apartment, as well as access to a private gym and sauna for a small additional fee (not included in rent). Parking spots are also available through the housing association. I can apply for one on behalf of the tenant if needed there may be a short waiting time depending on availability, but it is usually not very long. I am moving to the Netherlands for work and am looking to rent out the apartment for 1 year, with the possibility of extending to up to 2 years. I am looking for a responsible tenant who will take good care of the home.
