ONLY FEMALES 3 THE ROOM: I am renting out a furnished bedroom in my three-bedroom apartment at Kruthornsvägen in Edsberg, Sollentuna. The room is comfortable and practical, with a 160x200 cm bed, four wardrobes and many chest of drawers with plenty of storage and a desk. The apartment has a smaller shared living and dining area, and the building offers several laundry rooms. Water and internet are included in the rent, electricity is an additional 300 SEK per month, and for 200 SEK per month you can also have access to the sauna and gym. The tv is not included. LANDLORD: I am 32 years old, work in fashion design and travel a lot for work, so I am not at home very often. This means you will frequently have the apartment to yourself. I speak both English and Swedish, and I am Christian. I value a calm, respectful and welcoming home environment, and I am looking for someone tidy, reliable and considerate who feels the same. BUILDING MANAGEMENT: The apartment belongs to BRF Solhjulet, one of Sollentunas largest and best-managed housing associations. Residents have access to excellent shared facilities such as a gym, sauna, guest apartments, hobby rooms for sewing, woodworking or painting, and community spaces that can be booked for events. There is also good recycling, parking and charging for electric cars. AREA: Edsberg is a safe and pleasant area with everything you need close by. Within walking distance there are shops, restaurants, a library, sports fields and Sollentunavallen stadium. The historic Edsberg Castle and the beautiful bay of Edsviken are nearby, offering both culture and nature with opportunities for walking, boating in summer and ice-skating in winter.
