I, Birgitta, have two nice rooms for hosting two tenants in my big and nice townhouse in Norrviken in Sollentuna. The tenants live on their own on floor 3 and have a separate fresh bathroom. I have hosted tenants for the last 9 years in my house. Mostly it has been students on higher university levels from different countries in Europe. They have studied at KTH, The Business School of Economics or Stockholm University. There has also been doctorands or students who have got an internship at a company in Kista or other places in Stockholm. And some have had a ordinary work. What counts is that the tenants are nice, serious and thrustworthy people. I choose tenants carefully. So far it has been succesful and a win-win-situation. The tenants have been very satisfied with staying in my home and I with hosting them. Norrviken is a nice suburb close to the City, and with good communications. With the local train one reaches Odenplan in 19 minutes. And T-Centralen in 22 minutes.. One easily reaches all the Institutions for Higher Education like KTH, The Business School of Economics, Stockholm University etc. Theres a near foodstore Ica in Norrviken and some other facilities. In 10 minutes walk you find bigger supermarkets etc. at Rotebro handelsplats. Norrviken is close to nature and the lake Norrvikensjön. Its inviting for running or taking walks along the lake. The rent is 5.500 kr per month, wifi included. There is no extra servicefee. Im a retired lawyer of 68 and have 2 married wonderful sons and 5 adorable grandchildren. Im openminded and living and enjoying an active life. I love to have young bright students in my house. It enriches my life and is also good for my economy.
