The villa is located in Södertälje, near to the pendeltåg station (5 min walk), which link you to Stockolm in 30 minutes. The house is big (3 floors - big kitchen, living room, space with sofa and TV, two bathrooms, one extra room for guest) clean and totally furnished with laundry and dry cleaning... with a garden for enjoying the upcoming summer The room is big, with a king-size bed, walk-in closet and balcony. It can be rent to a single person or a couple. The total monthly price, which includes all the expenses, wifi and house cleaning, depends on single (7000SEK) or couple occupancy (10000SEK).
