I am looking for a nice, clean and quiet person to sublet one room in my 3 room apartment from 25th November 2014 to 15th January 2015. The room is fully furnished. You will share the bathroom, kitchen and living room with me. The rent is 4000 SEK per month, 6000 SEK for the whole period. Electricity, heating, laundry, internet etc. included. I will require a security deposit of 1000 SEK which is refundable when you leave the room. The apartment is located in the south of Stockholm (Södertälje) in a very family friendly area and green area. Bus stop is 1 km away. It takes 1hr 10min to get to the city centre.
