Wienerbageriet ligger precis runt hörnet som ett plus. Uthyrning från 5 januari och 9 månader framåt med chans till förlänging. Lägenheten hyrs ut möblerad. I hyran ingår el, bredband, kabel-TV, värme och vatten. 160cm säng. Jag söker dig som är rökfri, djurfri, skötsam och vill hyra hela perioden.
