Hey YOU Im Nilla, the newest proud owner of this beautiful villa built in 1930s villa in the village of Östra Vemmerlöv in Österlen, Sweden. Throughout history, this house is a very healing place and has always been full of life and bubbly people. It is my greatest wish for it to continue to be so. Im looking for one to three (depending on what feels best down the road) lovely women to share a living out here on the countryside. Maybe you need peace to create or bring home yourself from challenging times This place is absolutely perfect for that. I travel often and live here sometimes, about half of the time. And every single time I land back here, calm pores over me. I have just carefully renovated the whole villa, which has: an airy kitchen with a fire place u0026 room for eight around the round table a living room with a large sofa u0026 chairs a veranda a library corner for reading a room with kitchenette, a small sofa u0026 chairs a balcony a yoga studio/large room with a fire place for various activities and gatherings a bathroom with shower a guest bathroom and laundry room in the basement Those are common spaces to freely hang out in, and then each of us will have our own space/bedroom. The basement is slowly but surely going through a renovation during the fall and winter, and will not cause any particular disturbance. There will be a workshop in the basement, and eventually a spa with sauna and jacuzzi. Also, the old garden will get a lot of love as time goes on. Im constantly improving the rooms and the villa, so keep in mind that the pictures are not completely up to date (and that furniture may be shifted to fit our needs). The surroundings are absolutely wonderful with lots of adorable nature and beautiful places to discover and cool people to get to know (my network is yours). If you have a car, parking is available. Bus 174 stops right outside the door and takes you to Brösarps backar, via Knäbäckshusen beach in one direction and towards Simrishamn the other direction. From Simrishamn, the train goes to Malmö and Copenhagen via Ystad, among others. Across the street is a yellow mailbox for outgoing mail. You can use my address for incoming mail.
