Hi, I am renting a 3 room (2 bed room 1 living room balcony) in Valsta from 1 Dec 2014 for 6-8 months, possibly extendable. The apartment is recently renovated and is 10 min by bus from Marsta station. It takes 5 min by bus to the centrum, where there is Wilys, Coop Extra and Lidl. The rent includes only water and warming. Tenants should be neat and clean and shall have no pets. You need to give 1 month advance rent and security deposit. In case you want to take a single room in the apartment, it will cost 5000 SEK/month including electricity and internet. The notice period is 2 months and the security deposit will be returned if there are no damages. Contact me after 17:00
