Hej, I want to rent a bedroom in my 3 rooms apartment. As I am often traveling, minimum 12 nights per month, I prefer to have a good people as a tenant, have to be the right person. It is important to be calm and tidy and have steady income. There is a big storage in the room beside the desk and bed. The apartment is situated at the 2nd floor in a quiet and good neiborghood - Sätunavägen, maximum 8 minutes walking to Märsta Station or 5 minutes to Dragonvägen. Internet, electricity, heat, water etc are included in the rent. Monthly rent is 4500 kr. The room has been rented before to a young flight attendant but she is moving to a new job in Copenhagen.
