Hey. My name is Brendan and I own a villa in Partille that consists of three different apartments: I live in one with my family and rent out the other two. The room that is available is in the apartment that I live in. It is 15m2 and comes with its own bathroom, walk in wardrobe and balcony, and is newly renovated. You will be sharing the kitchen with us, and naturally heating, water, electricity and internet is included in the price. We live five minutes walk to Allum, and we can get to central station from our house quicker than people who live in Majorna... As the whole house runs under a no dickheads policy therefore if you are a bit of a dickhead then please continue looking elsewhere. My current tenants are the best I have ever had, and as such the whole house has a collective feel to it.
