Vi hyr ut ett rum (ca 10 m2) med enkelsäng eller delvis möblerat, delat kök och badrum, i vårt nyproducerade radhus i Öjersjö med gångavstånd till Kåsjön. Den totala boytan är 121 kvm och därutöver finns avskild trädgård med altan (230 kvm). Du kommer att få tillgång till badrum, kök, tvättrum, och allrum (17 kvm som är också på andra våningen). Det tar ca 17 min. till Liseberg Station med buss. Busshållplatsen är utanför huset (mindre än 1 min). Stora Coop, utanför huset (mindre än 1 min.), byggs nu och kommer att vara färdig i juli 2023. Hyrestid fr.o.m. 2023-07-01 - 2024-07-01 med 1 månads ömsesidig uppsägningstid under hyrestiden. Det finns möjlighet att förlänga kontraktet efter hyrestiden. Jag är veckopendlare och arbetar i Göteborg måndag till torsdag, så du har oftast tillgång till hela huset under helgerna. Vissa helger måste jag emellertid stanna kvar i Göteborg och då kommer även min familj att bo här. Det finns parkering utanför huset och två bilar skulle fungera bra. Så man kan säga att parkering ingår. Jag har inte egen bil, men familjen kommer med bil när de är på besök. Vi söker en lung, rökfri, djurfri, manlig, hyresgäst. Hyran är 7 000 kronor i månaden, plus driftkostnader och betalas en månad i förskott. Därtill tillkommer en depositionsavgift om 7 000 kronor som återbetalas vid avflyttning. För driftkostnader gäller att vi delar på alla utgifter för el, vatten, internet, sophantering, samfällighetsavgift. Jag har egen villaförsäkring. The whole house is 121 square meters plus the garden which is 230 square meters. You will have access to the bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, and the second living room (17 sqm which is also on the second floor). It takes about 17 minutes. to Liseberg Station by bus. The bus stop is just outside the house (less than 1 min). Stora Coop (large grocery store) , just outside the house (less than 1 min.), is now being built and will be completed in July 2023. Rental period from 2023-07-01 - 2024-07-01 with 1 months mutual notice period during the rental period. It is possible to extend the contract after the rental period. I am a weekly commuter and work in Gothenburg Monday to Thursday, so you usually have access to the whole house during the weekends. Some weekends, however, I have to stay in Gothenburg and then my family will also live here. There is parking outside the house and two cars would fit in well, so parking is included.
