Live in a beautiful house in a beautiful area. Only 30 kilometers from Stockholm University and The Royal Technical College. Normally there is a direct train line from our station (200 meters away). Journey time is 30 minutes. Just now the train line is closed until the beginning of December so you have to take the bus. Each tennant has their own room on the top floor and then shares the pantry, sitting-room, bathroom and garden with three other students. We live on the bottom floor where the laundry room is situated. In the area we have a forest for walks and skiing, a six kilometer track for runs and bike rides, a wonderful small lake for swimming and skating, and a local shopping centre where you get everything you need. Heating, electricity and fibre-optic internet are included in the rent. The rooms are furnished but you have to provide your own bed linnen. We have excellent references from past and present tennants. The rent is per calendar month or part thereof. In addition you must pay a deposit of 3200 SEK which is returned when you leave us in good order. Each room is suitable for only one person.
