We offer 3 quiet bedrooms in our 240 sqm villa in Österskär/Åkersberga. The house is very close to the ocean and beach, and is only 3 min walking to the train that takes 30 min to the city and Stockholm University Campus / KTH Campus. Please notice that the common areas are shared with the 2 other guests. Also furnishings will be different from the pictues, these are from the previous owner of the house ) Since we do not yet live in the house no visits are possible at the moment, and move in date is earliest 20/8. Long term tenants appreciated We ourselves are a young Swedish couple with a 10 month old baby that just bought our dream house. Now we are renting out the ground floor with 3 bedrooms while the downstairs apartment is renovated and fitted with 3 new guestrooms and a music studio. When the renovation is finished we will ourselves move in to the ground floor and guests move in to the newly renovated dowstairs apartment with its own kitchen, bathroom with sauna and separate toilet. You are free to use the downstairs bath as well during the renovation, and the sauna. ) We will also focus on growing a permaculture garden with lots of fruits, vegetables and such, so if you have an interest in gardening/sustainability it is very appreciated Österskär is a very quiet community by the beautiful ocean, with scenic views and nice surroundings, take a walk around the peninsula and enjoy the ocean breeze, have a swim, or ride a racing bike along the calm country roads. A large shopping centre (Åkersberga C) with all stores you can possibly need is within a 10 minute walk, or just one stop with the train. The Roslagsbanan commuter train station (Tunagård) is just 300 meters from the house and takes 30 min to the city and Stockholm University/ KTH Campus. (Note that the train tracks are currently being repaired and the train is back in service December 8. Until then there will be a bus to Stockholm University/KTH/City instead, which takes 50 min.)
