Ill be living abroad for one year due to work, and Im looking for a responsible tenant who can take good care of the apartment while Im away. The monthly rent is 7,677 SEK, which includes 924 SEK for furniture and home equipment. Internet costs 599 SEK, and electricity is approximately 300350 SEK per month. The apartment is only a 2-minute walk from Behrn Arena and Örebro Kraftsport. The city center is within a 10-minute walking distance, and the Eyra Idrottsområde bus station is just 5 minutes away on foot. Smoking and pets are NOT allowed.
