My 15-year old son and I are renting out a room in our 4-room apartment. The place is newly renovated, a few minutes walk from the main train station, close to the Folkparken, less than five minutes from a tram stop serving both lines 2 and 3 as well as buses to Kolmården, Finspång and Ingelsta. We also live 10 minutes on foot from the University campus. We are looking for a discreet, non-smoking and pet-free tenant from the start of October. You will have an own toilet, fridge and freezer as well as a room furnished with a 140cm bed, reading table, chair and locker. The kitchen, shower and laundry facilities will be shared.
