I am renting a room (for only one person) in an apartment, furnished. Available for 6 months, with a possibility for extension, the price is 5500 SEK per month (internet and electricity are included), 10 minutes by buss to old town (Slussen) in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. You will share the apartment (kitchen and bathroom) with two (male) professionals (an engineer and a medical doctor).The apartment is relatively spacious for everyone to live separately but friendly. There is a forest in the backyard and lakes nearby. The room has a bed and a closet. laundry room is located in the same building. The room is located in a building with families. So no parties and noises are allowed during the night. Smoking or pets are NOT allowed inside the building. The person that takes the room will have to pay each month in advance. The room will available from 1th of October 2018. If you agreed with the information above, I can show you the room from 25th of August.
