Lovely apartment, the entire top floor of our villa, with a large southwest-facing balcony overlooking a lush garden. Saltsjöbaden is a beautiful and renowned archipelago area close to Stockholm. You live 200 meters from Skogsö nature reserve, a large forest with scenic walking and jogging trails. The area also offers great beaches, golf, tennis, padel, jogging, biking, skiing, ice skating as well as restaurants and a shoppingcentre with most things you need and a variety of take away to choose form. The apartment has its own main entrance, a staircase leading up to the apartment, and an open, bright living room from which the three bedrooms/lounge, kitchen, and bathroom are accessed. The master bedroom has a full size 180 cm double bed, five full-sized wardrobes, a fireplace, and a large southwest-facing balcony. The other bedrooms also face the garden and are of good sizes. The second bedroom has a 160 cm double bed and the third bedroom has a 140 cm bed. The small, but modern, floor-heated bathroom includes a wall-hung toilet, foldable shower doors, a towel dryer, and a window with a view. You will have the entire top floor at your disposal, with access through your own entrance and staircase. At the large southwest facing balcony, during summertime, you can have dinner and enjoy the sun. Communications: There is a bus from Tippen to Cityterminalen (in the morning rush hour), or to Glasbruksgatan (Slussen). There is also a train, Saltsjöbanan, which goes to Saltsjö Järla from where you can change to buses for onward travel. Electricity, water, waste collection and internet are additional costs, in total approx 1 945 kr/month (based on 2024 costs)
