With flexible move-in during the summer or autumn (earliest from the beginning of July), we are renting out our modern townhouse on Skurusundsvägen in Norra Skuru, Duvnäs Utskog. The house is newly built and finished to a high standard, with bright social spaces and a large private roof terrace of approximately 50 sqm. It is rented unfurnished until summer 2027, with a possible option to extend until summer 2028 if everything works well. The house spans over two floors and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan layout, a kitchen island, a light-well and patios on both sides. Upstairs there is also a smaller family room that works well as an extra living area, playroom or home office. The layout is particularly well suited to a family or a couple looking for plenty of space. The roof terrace is one of the houses key features and is equipped with an outdoor kitchen, large gas barbecue, sink with running water and a gas hob. There is plenty of space for a lounge area, dining area and planting. The house has a Sonos system with built-in ceiling speakers in the living room and bathrooms, an exhaust air heat pump from Nibe, water-based underfloor heating and is energy class B. Two parking spaces are included. There is also a heated outdoor storage unit that can be used in part. The outdoor furniture shown in the photos is not included, possibly with some exceptions by agreement. We lived in the house from when it was completed until one year ago, when we moved to Brussels.
