We are renting out our apartment in Orminge while we live in Norway. This is a cozy functional apartment that is well suited for 1-2 people. The rental period is for maximum one year, but potentially shorter. There is a three month notice period, from the nearest full month. The apartment has a modern kitchen with a dining table and four chairs, oven, microwave, kitchen sink, refrigerator, and freezer. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and table, and plenty of natural light. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer, as well as storage space. There is also a walk-in closet in the apartment with plenty of storage space for clothes and belongings. In the bedroom there is a double bed. The balcony has decent sunlight conditions, and has room for both outdoor furniture and flowers/plants if you want to make it a bit extra cozy. The rent includes electricity and fees to the housing association (brf Edölandet) which covers water and heating etc. Wi-Fi is not included.
