Hey guys, We have a newly built apartment in a new building. We just bought in Dec 2018. It is a cozy 2bedrooms (in total 3 rooms) apartment and open plan living room with kitchen and a nice balcony size with evening sun. We will start a research visit in the US from August 10th and are renting our apartment for a period of 2-3 years and are looking for a serious renter. Our repayments are 16000 kr a month and we know its high so are asking for 13500 kr/month and we will pay the difference ourselves. Note that we are not looking for a profit are after just to help to repay our mortgage.. Its located in a new build in Kvarnby 10-15 minutes walk from Mölndal central station (15 minutes drive to Chalmers). The location is close to the lake (stensjön), waterfall/mölndal stadsmuseum, and Gunnebo slot (the area is is very quiet, clean and green).
