Hello, I will be renting my apartment out from April 1st for 3 months however this might change into a long term option depending on my circumstances and depending on the tenant. It is furnished with a bed and couch with a nice balcony. There is also a washing machine and fridge/freezer. The rent will cover unlimited Wifi and electricity also. The apartment would suit one single person, professional or student, no families It is close to the Kungsbacka train and bus stops (1 minute walk), also there is Fitness24, Coop and Ikea very close by. The bond will be one month rent in advance and the rent will be paid using Revolut bank on the 21st of each month. If you are unfamiliar with Revolut bank, please do your own research, it is very simple to open and then connect to your Swedish account.
