We are renting out our bright and spacious 83 m apartment in a quiet, family-friendly area of Mölndal while we relocate to Canada for a few years to work in medical research. The apartment offers three rooms, including two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and one large bathroom. The bathroom is well equipped with two sinks, a separate shower, a bathtub, and a dedicated laundry area with both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is also access to an additional shared laundry room in the building. The apartment features a private balcony overlooking a playground, making it an ideal home for families with children. The rent includes heating, water, electricity, internet, and parking, so there are no additional monthly utility costs. The apartment is partially furnished with the essential furniture, making it easy to move in while still allowing tenants to personalize the space. The location offers excellent access to public transport. Bus lines 753 and 86 stop directly outside the building, while bus 25 is approximately a 10-minute walk away. A supermarket is only 5 minutes on foot, and there are several daycare centres, schools, playgrounds, and parks nearby. Nature is also close by, with a beautiful green recreational area and a small lake approximately 20 minutes walk from the apartment. Our home has been carefully maintained and is child-friendly. We have painted the entire apartment in the recent years. Since we currently have a toddler, the apartment has been child-proofed, and we are happy to leave the child safety features in place if they would be useful for the new tenants. If not we are happy to remove them ahead of your move. We are looking for responsible tenants who will enjoy and take good care of our home during our time abroad.
