We are interested in renting out one of the rooms in our 5 room apartment to an international student. You share the kitchen, living room and bathroom with the rest of us in the family. You get your own room with bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. Power, water and WIFI included in the rent. The bus (753) to Gothenburg city center takes about 30 minutes, and it goes every 15 minutes and the bus stop is right outside the apartment. The bus passes both Chalmers in Johanneberg and Gothenburg University on its way to Gothenburg center. If you are going to study in Gothenburg center the location is very good, but not if you will be studying on Lindholmen which is on the other side of the town. We have two children who will soon turn 11 and 13 years old. Important that you are not allergic to hamster or dog. We sometimes have dogs visiting at our home. We speak Swedish, English and Chinese. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and we prefer that you are a non-smoker. Please send a description of who you are as a person and what you will study in Sweden.
