Hi, My name is Olivier, I come from France, I am 31 years old and I am looking for a flatmate in my beautiful apartment close to Folketspark. Its a corner apartment on top of Green Mango. There is two large bedrooms and the layout is perfect for a flat share. The condition is great, its an old building but the apartment is fully renovated. The room is the first picture and the living room is at the corner. The room is unfurnished. There is an extra toilet that you can have for yourself. It is free from the 1st of August. Ideally I would like to get along with my flatmate, and it would be good if we can have a chat and hang out once in a while. But it doesnt have to be, I am quite often busy as well. The important is that we are both comfortable sharing the space. I work as a Programmer. Other than that I play drums and I am quite open and relax. I have lived in a few countries and I prefer to speak English because my Swedish is limited. The rent is includes water electricity and internet but it may vary slightly from month to month.
