I am looking for a flatmate for my new apartment in Central Mollan. Its a corner apartment on top of Green Mango. There is two large bedrooms and the layout is perfect for a flat share. The Living room is at the corner and the two rooms are far appart. There is also additional toilets. The kitchen is being renovated but the wood floor stays. I get the keys on the first of June so its not possible to visit the apartment before that but if you are really interested we can meet agree before. Ill organise viewings in June if the room is not taken yet. The appartment is not furnished, but there is fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Ill furnish the living room and shared areas litle by litle, and youre welcome to contribute if you are staying longer. It would be good to get along somehow. The important is to feel comfortable sharing the space. Its ok to have guests or party once in a while. Id like someone non smoker, pets can be negotiated. About me, I am 30, I come from France. I dont smoke and dont have pets. I work as a programmer and I right now I am really into playing drums (not at home though). I am quite outgoing and relaxed and I cook often at home. Relatively organised but definitely not a maniac. The rent is 10.326 and includes heat, water and cable TV. We will share equally but on top of that comes electricity and internet.
