Hi There We are a family of two (every second week only one) and a crazy cat. We live close to Malmö Centrum (nearby Värnhemstorget) with excellent communications with bus to Malmö City, Malmö Högskola, Malmö Central station and Lunds University. Today we have a lovely student living with us, but sadly he is finished with his master (he got an A) and is going back to his home Country. He would be delighted to give you references regarding our house and who we are. We live in a 3 floors town-house, where there are two rooms to let: One small room with 120cm bed, desk, drawer and shared bathroom with renter 2, 3000 Swedish crones/month. One a little bigger room with double bed, wardrobe, desk and shared bathroom with renter one, 3500 Swedish crones/month. The room-rates are including home insurance, internet, electricity, water washing mashine. Free use of the kitchen. We use signed contracts, and need two months rent in deposit and one month notice period. I am a 53 year old woman (but I think Im 30 and always funny :) And my daughter still living with me every second week is soon 16. In our family belongs also my other 2 crazy daughters 28 and 29 years old. (they dont live here) We are a family trying to live without biases and dont come along so very well with people who have any, whatever regarding genus, sexual preferences, religion or culture. We are curios of most kinds of people. So of course, if you have biases regarding anything above, you would not be comfortable living with us. ( and we not with you :) Sometimes we are quiet and relaxed, and sometimes we have the house full with people. But since I work full-time and my daughter is in school is normally week-days pretty calm. We love to spend all our money on travelling and good food. We are easy going and try to have as much fun as possible. We pick up our stuff and you pick up yours. We only rent to students, or ATs or afters study, not permanent or familys. And we are looking for girls who fits into our descriptions above, or maybe you are a guy, but gay I want my 15-year-old to feel comfortable at home, and at the moment, she dont want any hetero guy living with us. (hormones all over the place :) Before we decides (both you and us) we have a Skype-meeting, where I show you the house, and we both have the opportunity to ask more questions. We want to rent out the rooms from 1th of July or August. But you can have access to the room earlier if you want, for a smaller fee. Please have patience if it takes some time for me to answer, since I know that many people are answering (from last years experience). Ill try to answer you as soon as possible.
