The surrounding is really central (e.g. few minutes by bus to central station), close to Värnhemtorget (where all kind of busses leave within Malmö and to Lund) and it is really quite. The appartment is perfect for a couple or a single person Price: 4500 SEK (incl. electricity, internet, water and heating.) Plus a DEPOSIT from 2500 SEK (Deposit will be returned at the time of check out if there is no damage and the apartment is cleaned properly). The rent is to pay in advance when you move in and get the keys plus a rent contract over this periode of 3rd till 12 of july First come first served.... Some thoughts from me: 1. No pets 2. No smoking or drugs of any kind 3. Steady income from work or studies...be sure you can pay the rent 4. You like when its clean and fresh.
