The kitchen is spacious with enough space for a couch and a dinner table. Its living room is equipped with retro sofas, a desk, a flat TV and a decent surround sound system. The bathroom is functional, and there is even a walk-in closet in the flat, which is going to be mostly at your service. From the flat, it takes 8 mins for you to go to Triangeln train/bus station. There are also busses towards Lund passing right in front of the building. The flat is located in the most fun, creative and colorful area you can get in modest Malmö it is surrounded by hip cafés, fun bars, an indie cinema, decent art galleries, a popular park, and many good restaurants. The room available for rent is small but cozy (8 square meters). It is furnished with a bed, armchair and a bookcase. It faces towards courtyard (meaning you can avoid all that jazz at the weekends). Sharing this lovely home is going to drain 3500 SEK from your bank account monthly, this includes expenditure for Wi-Fi, water, electricity, and heating. Who are you You are preferably over 25. You care about your surroundings, both immediate and global. You might very well enjoy producing some art forms, and you appreciate fun at the weekends. Your friends describe you as easygoing, intellectual and creative person, and your former flatmates remember that you had the required minimum energy to do the dishes and cleaning. Who am I I am a PhD student at Lund University, and speak Turkish, English, and Swedish. I studied sociology and theatre at candidate level, migration and ethnology at graduate, and now researching on shopping and consumption. I was a part of a theatre group and acted for many years back in the days, though now Im into filmmaking. I also play cajon and darbuka when Im bored. I usually allocate my time between writing, meeting my friends, watching movies and hanging out with my girlfriend (who is at home quite often). I appreciate that we have our own separate timespaces, nevertheless some sociality is a human need.
