We are 3 persons sharing a 130m apartment in Rörsjöstaden at Kungsgatan (close to värnhem/polishuset). The apartment have 5 rooms and 2 toilets and is very nice and newly renovated. We have one small and one one big room for rent. 3200 sek/month (approx 10 m2) or 6200 sek/month for the big one (approx 33 m2). Available from May/Jun. We accept short term rentals too if you need a temporary place for a while. We prefer renting to a woman 25 that works and who like having other people around her and cleans after herself. We who live here are: French and Polish guys. Entrepreneurs. Both Swedish speaking. 30. A swedish girl 25 that works with children and have a little dog. All of us are friendly, outgoing and have often dinners together. 2 kithens, big living room, 2 hallways and 2 toilets are common areas we are sharing together. We will not even answer if you do not write 2 or 3 sentances about yourself and what you do. If you have a picture or FB profile that would be preferable. We can send more pictures of the rooms but better you just come over too see them.
