Hi. I have a 130 m2, 5 bedroom, nice old apartment on Kungsgatan close to Värnehem in Malmö. I have bought it and it is right now under total renovation and will soon be new, fresh, 3 m to ceilings with very nice large fully equipped rooms, wc, bathroom and washing machine in the apartment. Me, my dog and hopefully some other nkce persons (that I currently look for) will share it, all of us moving in Dec/Jan. I am 35 and look for person around this age -10 years. I also have other apartments that I rent out short term. Therfore I need help and want to offer one room in this big apartment to a person that can work for me with cleaning & washing after guests in apartments close by. It is a part time job So it would be perfect if you needed accommodation, are reliable, want to live with others AND need a part time job as cleaning lady/hostess for rental apartments. You must be reliable, have experience from cleaning, be a bit flexible during weekdays and weekends. You will be my right hand taking care of stuff related to rentals when I am not in town. I provide car (stands in garage under the apartment) and phone if needed. You must have a driving license.
