Im a guy 31 year old guy working in Copenhagen. I have a room to be rented out in a shared apartment. (3 rooms apt. 7th floor with a nice view) The room is free from October. you will have access to shared kitchen and bathroom. the rent is 3800 kr. The place is near public transportation, supermarkets, gym, eating places etc. The rent includes: Water Heat Electricity Tv and radio fee (radiotjanst) High speed internet access Netflix access Some kitchen basic products Toiletries Cleaning supplies. Laundry Laundry degergent. Deposit of 4000 Kr. will be required and will be paid back when you move out again and hand-back the house keys. (as long everything is normal and nothing has been broken by tenant) The room is furnitured with a bed, table, chair & a build-in wardrobe.
