Hi there My name is Emelie (27yo, Swedish) and I have a big three room apartment at Höja, Malmö. It is a calm and beautiful area and the bus only takes 10/15 min to Folketspark/Möllan/City and 25min to Lund. I am looking for an awesome female flatmate who likes hanging out in our shared areas as much as in their own room. There are many things that make this apartment great to share: Big kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, a small gym () in the basement and extra toilet (in addition to the one in the bathroom). Your newly renovated 12 m2 room is either unfurnished, (still includes a wardrobe) or I can easily organise bed and stuff for you. I work quite a lot, but when I am home I like to play guitar and cook and I enjoy having people over every now and then (no big parties though). The rent is 3500 per month and includes everything (yes, wifi too) except electrical bill. One months rent in bond, we will organise a rental agreement.
