Vi har en 3a lägenhet i Hyllie, Malmö, som vi vill hyra i en begränsad 4 månadersperiod, från juli-aug-sep-oktober (möjligt från 23 juni till 5 november). Lägenheten är fullt möblerad och ligger 5 min gångavstånd till Emporia köpcentrum och Hyllie station. Max 2 personer. Det är en modern lägenhet med 2 badrum, diskmaskin, frig, tvättmaskin / torktumlare ... Vi skulle vilja ha någon som har jobb, är tyst och ansvarsfull och kommer att hålla platsen ordnad och trevlig. Lägenheten ligger i ett familjeområde med parker och skolor. Vi behöver id, kreditinfo och lönedokumentation från dig. Hyran är 9500 sek i månaden plus den månatliga elräkningen (cirka 350 sek). En månads depositum. We will need id, credit-info and salary-documentation from you. The rent would be 9500 sek a month plus the monthly electricity bill (around 350 sek). One months deposit. Condo comes with high speed wifi internet connection and basic tv-channels.
