We want to rent our 100m apartment (2 bedrooms, a huge livingroom, a big kitchen, toilet, wc and a storage room).We have a 1st hand contract and we wish to rent it the for a year, as a 2nd hand. After a year you can have it as a 1st hand. It will be available from 1st sept. 2012. The apartment is located in Malmö centre, 500m from Trianheln metro station, very close to train, busses and main shopping street. In the apartment there is adouble bed, a big soffa-bed, dinning table with 6 chairs, office with chair, 3 wardrobes, library, plates and other kitchen stuff (you can have the apartment unfurnished as well).
