The house is located in Riseberga in the east part of Malmö next to a big recreation park. The area is calm and secure. By bus you reach central Malmö or Lund in 20 minutes and the bus station is just around the corner. A big supermarket (ICA Maxi) is within 5 minutes walking distance. The rooms are nice and clean and outside there is a big sunny terrace and garden. Wifi and electricity is included. Kitchen, toilets/bathrooms and livingrooms are shared spaces. No pets or smoking indoors. The rent is 4000 SEK/month for each room per person. Feel free to get in touch with us for questions or to introduce yourself.
