Hello everyone, I am looking for a tenant/couple to stay in two rooms and big kitchen apartment for long period (a year or longer). I am willing to rent my furnished apartment in Malmö. The apartment ( 62 sq meters) is located in the north part of Malmö in nice neighborhood, close to shopping with a few minutes bike or bus ride to Malmö C and Lund University. The apartment is right on bus routes, particularly to Lund University and Lunds city centre. Fully furnished rooms (double bed, two sofas, computer desks, dining tables, chairs, closets, beddings), with hardwood floor in living room and well-equipped kitchen. And also with a big balcony facing a very nice green park. The rent includes everything (e.g. electricity, hot water, heating, high speed broadband and etc).
