I have 1 room to rent in my home located right next to the Turning torso in Västra Hamnen. Its a spacious 4-room apartment with a private terrace and good views. The area is modern and quiet with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. The room is furnished with bed, dresser, closets etc. The apartment has a large kitchen with modern facilities including a dish washer. It also has a bathroom with washer and dryer for laundry. Cable tv and wifi included in rent. Other utilities are not included. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
