Hej, I will be abroad for work for several months and renting out my apartment for that time. At an attractive address next to popular Folkets Park, you find this two-room apartment with a good floor plan in Malmös popular district of Möllevången. A home that offers well-planned square meters, generous ceiling heights and large windows that create a fantastic bright feel throughout the apartment. At the heart is a spacious and fully-equipped kitchen with a marble café table. There is also a stylish tiled bathroom with a washing machine & floor heating. The bedroom has a large comfortable bed. The living room features a comfortable extra-big couch and a TV ( you will need to connect your own device for TV programs). In the living room there is also a small niche with an office table (height adjustable) and proper office chair. There is a backyard with a BBQ-area and space to store your bicycle. Folkets Park and its surroundings have evolved into one of the citys most vibrant neighborhoods, with a rich choice of restaurants and cafés is combined with charming neighborhoods and beautiful architecture. The location offers proximity to both St. Knuts appreciated cafés and Möllevångens vibrant entertainment. For commuters, the Triangle Station is within walking distance, and old town is easily reached by bike or bus. Internet is included (bring your own router). Note: some items and furniture in the picture will not be available. Happy to discuss what you would like to keep
