Size: 100 square meters with a ceiling height of 219 cm. You live close to green area (Husie mosse) off town, but can get into the city centre in 20 minutes with bus 5 (frequent and late departures). I live here alone too big, and therefore divided the house into two apartments so no room would feel empty or forgotten. The floors have been separated by building a wall with sound panels in front of the interior staircase. The ceiling of your bedroom and living room has extra insulation to reduce noise between floors. I have a nice garden with a pool. Not included in the rent and no free access, but as we will live under the same roof our co-living will develop naturally over time. Your bedroom and living room are completely privacy-protected as your windows face a corner of the garden with a high hedge in front. You wont have to worry about missing the bus as you will have a short walk of 190 meters from your door to the bus stop. Bus 5 runs every 7 minutes with late departures even on weekdays until 01:00 in both directions. Weekends: every 20 minutes, last departure at 02:00. Route: along Amiralsgatan past Malmö C to Västra hamnen, This area Stenkällan, is located right above Jägersro shopping center and trotting track. The green area (Husie mosse) is nearby and here you can take a walk or jog without meeting so many people. On your way here, you will pass a gym with group training such as spinning and yoga available at a very good price. Please note: only rented to one person.
