The apartment is located in a central, yet very calm area in Malmö, close to the beach and with several buslines just outside or within a couple of metres. Kronprinsen shopping mall on the other side of the street, and opposite of that, you find the park Slottsparken. Internet and electricity is encluded. We want to rent out long term - minimal 6 months.
