Hi Were renting out our lovely 74 m furnished apartment in Dammfri, Malmö a home weve truly enjoyed as a family of four. It will be available from around November 1st for a one-year rental, with the possibility to extend. The move-in date is not fixed, as it depends on some arrangements on our side, so we shall discuss. Were renting it out as our family has recently grown, and wed like to spend some time closer to our extended family. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a nice building in a peaceful and quiet area. It offers excellent public transport connections with buses 10, 3, and 11 nearby, and Triangeln train station just 20 minutes away by foot or bus (7 minutes by bike). One of us commutes to Copenhagen, and it has worked very well. If you drive, theres always free street parking available nearby. Pildammsparken is just a short walk away an amazing park perfect for jogging and family outings. The apartment has two bedrooms one currently set up as a kids room, could be adapted into a home office or guest room depending on your needs. The west-facing balcony is perfect for catching the afternoon sun. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional. A washing machine is available in the apartment, and theres also a well equipped laundry room downstairs. The building is part of a well-maintained housing association with a lovely shared courtyard great for gatherings or letting the kids play safely. Its located on a quiet cul-de-sac, ideal for anyone looking for calm while still being close to the city. Youre just a short bike ride from Kronprinsen (with shopping, restaurants, and services), the sea, and several grocery stores, cafés, and gyms. The building is also right next to Dammfriskolan and several kindergartens. Monthly rent: 19,000 SEK, including all utilities and furnishings (electricity, water, internet, etc.). Were looking for tenants who will enjoy and care for this home as much as we have. We aim for a smoke-free, pet-free rental.
